Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your website?
Yes! At Andis, we understand that the safety of personal information is very important to our customers. That's why we use a number of Internet security measures, including compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, to protect your credit or debit card information from unauthorized access.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment only. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept mail orders.
May I purchase store credit to give as a gift?
We currently do not offer this option, however many of our authorized suppliers offer gift cards for their respective stores.
Can I purchase discontinued products?
If the discontinued item is still available for sale on our website, yes it may be purchased. Once the product is no longer on our website then it can no longer be purchased.
How do I create and manage my Andis account?
No problem! When you visit the Andis website, click on the Login button at the top of the page. There you can select the Register option. Simply enter your contact information and create a username and password. This will save you time and hassle the next time you purchase an item from Andis.
Do you offer any promotions?
Andis and its authorized suppliers offer a range of promotions. Check a supplier location near you for current deals. We also run specials on our website from time to time so check back often.
How do I purchase an item that is out of stock?
At this time we do not accept back orders for product that is out of stock. Please be sure to watch for when it comes back into stock to make your purchase.
Can I use store credit on an online order?
We currently do not offer this option.
