Policy

  • I have a case number, now what do I do?
    • Thanks for working with our Customer Support Team to have a case created for you to return your product. This is the best way to easily track the status of your return. Please box up your item so it does not have any damage in transit. Also, be sure to ship it via traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If sending your item in for repair, please do not send your original packaging, as it will not be returned with your unit.

        Please include the following:
      • 1. Your Case Number
      • 2. Your unit with the blade and any charging components (if applicable)
      • 3. A copy of your purchase receipt if your product is under warranty
      • 4. A detailed description of the issue you are having

  • What is Andis’ return policy?
    • Our goal is your total satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund (less shipping and tax charges). After 30 days, our normal warranty policy applies. Quick note: this only applies to items purchased directly from us.

      If your purchase was not made directly through Andis, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, in which we’ll repair or replace your item (at our discretion). Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status. Unfortunately, Andis is unable to refund any purchases made through other retailers or distributors.
